- BEFORE/AFTER Pictures are part of judging.
- WORK, WORK, WORK, your butt off and step on Body Diagnostics Scale at the end…and compare as you dare.
- Winner who follows the guide lines and has biggest TRANSFORMATION, wins the Prizes!
- Full Rules and Regulations provided in booklet given out on start date.
